Country salad with asparagus

This  country salad It is a simple summer recipe that we can serve as a first course and, of course, as an appetizer.

It has cooked potato, carrot, hard-boiled egg, corn ... and even asparagus. But the best is the vinaigrette… It is made with onion (raw) and parsley, all well crushed, and mixed with oil and vinegar.

      Try it with mayonnaise or simply with virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt.
