- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 green apple (Granny Smith type)
- 1 lime
- 250 gr of Greek yogurt
- 20 mint leaves
- 500 ml water

There are recipes so easy that you want to prepare them over and over again. It is so simple that you can prepare it whenever you want and alone it will take 10 minutes to do it. It is a cold green apple, avocado and lime cream with a touch of mint that is perfect as a cold appetizer. Do you want to know how it is prepared? Take note!
We cut the avocados in half, we separate the two halves and remove the bone with the help of a knife and remove the meat with a spoon. We put the avocado meat in the blender glass.
We peel the apple and remove the core and the seeds, and cut it into small pieces. Put the apple in the glass with the avocado. Grate half of the lime and squeeze the juice from the other lime. We put the lime zest and its juice in the blender glass.
We wash the mint leaves and dry them with absorbent paper. We add them to the blender glass along with the yogurt and water. Season and beat everything for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are well incorporated., always looking for the texture to be homogeneous.
Once we have the cream ready, we let it rest and chill for 2 hours in the fridge to take it fresh. In order to Serve it with toasted pine nuts, diced zucchini and some bread croutons.
