Ingredients

  • An avocado
  • A grapefruit
  • A blood orange
  • An orange
  • Menta

Preparation

  1. Peel the orange, grapefruit and blood orange, and cut them into slices, placing all of them on a plate or a platter.

  2. Meanwhile, peel the avocado, remove the bone, and cut it into small segments with the help of a knife.

  3. Put an avocado wedge on each of the citrus fruits, cut the red onion into rings, and put it on top.

  4. Season with a little olive oil, pepper, salt and a few mint leaves.
