If we already have the dough to place on its base, we just have to prepare the filling, place it on top of the dough and bake. Among its ingredients we have vegetables, cheese, cream and eggs that will be the main ingredients so that we can prepare this delicious q. In my case, I have prepared it with puff pastry, which is also just as practical as shortbread.

Ingredients
- A sheet of puff pastry
- Half a small onion
- 150 g of zucchini
- 200 ml cream to assemble
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of smoked bacon
- A handful of grated cheese with 3 cheeses
- Two spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
We catch onion and zucchini and we cut it into very small pieces. It has to be small so that no pieces are found when the cake is done.
In a frying pan we add two spoons of olive oil and we put to heat the pieces of vegetables. We put it to fry until everything is soft.
We prepare the puff pastry and we spread it in the lunch box. If we want to grease the mold a little with butter we can do it. So that the puff pastry does not rise when it is cooked in the oven, we will pierce the entire dough with a fork. We put it in the oven at 200 ° for 10 minutes.
In a deep bowl we add the 200 ml of cream, the two eggs and season. We beat everything very well.
We put the vegetables done, grated cheese and bacon into small pieces. We beat everything well again.
When we have baked the puff pastry we dump all the mixture into the pan and put it back in the oven another 15-20 minutes until set.
Once done, we let it cool and we can unmold to taste it. It can also be taken hot.
