Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Half sweet onion
  • 150 gr of cream cheese
  • 150 gr of bacon in small cubes
  • 150 gr of grated mozarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place them face down on the baking tray, put a little olive oil on them, and roast them for about 10 minutes. While they are roasting, in a frying pan add a little olive oil, chop the onion very finely and cook it until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the bacon and cook a couple more minutes, then remove from the heat and add the cream cheese to the mixture.

  4. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Put the mixture that we have prepared on each of the mushrooms and put the Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top.

  5. Bake again with the oven in gratin for 5 more minutes.

  6. When the cheese is golden brown, the mushrooms will be ready to eat very warm. Decorate them with a little parsley!
