Ingredients

4 small or 2 large potatoes
1 egg
60 gr of grated cheese
50 gr of bacon
Sal Island
Pepper
Breadcrumbs for coating
Olive oil for frying

Preparation

We put a pot with water to boil and cook the potatoes until they are ready (about 20 minutes). We crush them with a fork until we make them puree.
Add the beaten egg, and mix everything well. Add the grated cheese and mix well. In a frying pan, fry the bacon cut into small pieces without oil until golden. We put it in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Season to taste and take small pieces of the mixture and make balls.
Pass each of the balls through the breadcrumbs, and leave them reserved.
Fry the balls until golden brown and let them drain on absorbent paper until they are warm and perfect to eat.
