- chicken breast fillets
- bread crumbs
- grated cheese powder
We are not going to lie to you. These breaded steaks, even if they are not fried, have fat. We assume that all of you who follow us do a little bit of exercise… The oven is in charge of cooking and turning the steaks crisp and golden. By the way, Do they have the same ingredients as traditional breading? Yes, bread and egg, but also an extra cheese. Delicious! Right?
- We salt and pepper the breast fillets and first pass them through the beaten egg. Afterwards, we smudge in a mixture composed of a part of powdered cheese and two of breadcrumbs. We dip the breast in egg again and cover with a second layer of bread and cheese.
- We distribute the fillets in a single layer on a Baking pan lightly greased with butter or oil and spread a couple of butter nuts on each one.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until the breading is golden brown and crisp. It is not necessary to turn the steaks, but you may need to operate the grill in the last few minutes of baking.
