A simple homemade cold cuts that you can either take hot or cold. Ideal for sandwiches for children or as a starter before dinner. Super simple and very original, do we accompany it with a sauce?

This Baked Breast Roll is very easy to prepare and we will have food for several days

Ingredients

  • 500 g of breast
  • 500 g of York ham
  • 1 container of cream (200 ml)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 piquillo pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • A handful of pitted black olives, chopped
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the breast, York ham and pepper.

  2. We put this chopped in a bowl together with the chopped black olives and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the cream and slightly beaten egg. Mix everything very well.

  4. We put the dough distributed in pieces of aluminum foil and roll up making some curls. We bake them in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 20 minutes.

  5. Serve hot or cold* with the sauce of your choice.

Notes

* If you want to slice them, let them cool, otherwise it will fall apart.
