Ingredients
- 10/12 chicken thighs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 50 ml of white wine
- 1 lemon
- 1 cebolla
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- Fresh thyme
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Preparation
We start by letting the chicken thighs marinate for a couple of hours in a sauce that we are going to prepare in a blender.
Put the garlic cloves, about 5 tablespoons of oil and the aromatic herbs together with the salt and pepper in the blender glass. We shred everything.
Paint the chicken thighs with the sauce and place them in a baking dish. We cover them with transparent film and let them rest in the fridge for two hours.
We put the oven to preheat. We take the drumsticks out of the refrigerator and we salt them. We add the onion in strips and the cherry tomatoes, and a little olive oil on top and the lemon juice.
We bake at 180 degrees and when about 20 minutes have passed, we take them out and add the white wine. We put them back in the oven for another 20/25 minutes, until we see that they are golden.
If you want them to brown in the same way on all sides, turn them from time to time.
You can serve them with a fresh salad and they are perfect.
