Ingredients

  • 4 emperor steaks
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • A glass of white wine
  • 1 cebolla

Preparation

  1. We put the oven to preheat to 180º, while we are preparing our dish.

  2. We start by peeling the potatoes and cut them into slices one centimeter thick. In an oven tray we put a little olive oil, and we incorporate the potatoes, salt, a little onion in strips, and pepper, and we cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes.

  3. After this time, we place the 4 emperor fillets on the already cooked potato, and let them cook in the oven for 15 more minutes. Add a good splash of white wine after that time, and let it bake for 5 more minutes.

  4. After these 20 minutes, we will have our baked emperor ready, with a delicious flavor.
