An easy recipe where they exist and a way to present one tortilla normal French, in an original and different way. We have prepared it stuffed with Serrano ham, which gives it a very ours and very special flavor, with a presentation of the most attractive for the little ones of the house. Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 75 ml of milk (or a glass)
- 1 / 3 cup of flour
- 1 medium tomato, cut into small pieces
- 4 slices of serrano ham, chopped
- 50 gr of red onion, finely chopped
- 150 gr of grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Beat the eggs in a bowl, and add the milk. Keep beating until the milk is fully integrated into the egg. Add the flour and stir.
Pour the egg mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the chopped tomato, onion, serrano ham and half of the grated cheese on top of the tortilla. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees until we see that the edges of the tortilla are done.
Take out the tortilla and put the rest of the grated cheese on it. Bake again for 2 more minutes until cheese is melted.
Once you take the tortilla out of the oven, roll it up immediately to make it more malleable, using the baking paper.
Once you have it rolled up, put the closure at the bottom so that it does not open, and cut it into slices. Serve immediately and you will see how the cheese that we have put inside melts, and it is delicious.
You can not only make it with this filling, but with the one you like the most, so try different fillings.
