Ingredients
- 350 gr of macaroni
- 200 gr of ham
- 150 gr of grated cheese
- 150 gr of cream cheese
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- A garlic
Preparation
Cook the macaroni following the manufacturer's cooking instructions. Once you have them cooked, drain them and leave them reserved.
Prepare a frying pan with a little oil and a sliced garlic, let the garlic brown and add the ham cubes so that they sauté together.
Add the macaroni to the pan and continue sautéing, adding a little salt and pepper.
After about 5 minutes, remove them from the heat and place the mixture in small containers for the oven.
Put in each container on the macaroni, a little cream cheese and grated cheese.
Gratin at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, you will get the cream cheese to melt and the grated cheese to be perfectly gratinated. So now you just have to enjoy them.
