I admit, I like onion rings, but I hardly ever make them because frittering doesn't go with me. How many times have you said this to yourself? Well, so you don't have to fight with the liters of oil when you make fried ones, today we have ready some delicious onion rings that go to the oven, and they are just as good and crisp as regular onion rings.
Baked onion rings
Everyone loves a good onion ring and the ones in this recipe are great!

Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 1 cup of flour
- Sal Island
- A beer
- Black pepper
Preparation
We peel the onion and separate it into rings as we show you in the image. Once the rings are separated, in a large container we mix the flour, salt and pepper, together with the beer. We stir until we obtain a compact mass to coat our onion rings.
We are passing each of the onion rings through the mixture and we are placing them on a baking tray, where we have previously put a baking paper.
We put our onion rings to bake at 180 degrees for about 15/18 minutes, until we see that the batter looks golden and crispy.
That's how simple these onion rings are!
