Today we are going to prepare Baked salmon with a delicious mayonnaise crust. I recommend you this recipe for a quick dinner or if during the weekend you don't feel like cooking a lot. When I go to the fish market and see good fish on offer, I take the opportunity to buy a little more and have it frozen. And, in this case, I had a 1,5 kg Galician salmon cut in half and boneless, ready to bake.
I wanted to give it a different touch, so I prepared a dill and garlic dressing and I've baked it with a crunchy, juicy, delicious crust of mayonnaise and breadcrumbs.
