Today we are going to prepare Baked salmon with a delicious mayonnaise crust. I recommend you this recipe for a quick dinner or if during the weekend you don't feel like cooking a lot. When I go to the fish market and see good fish on offer, I take the opportunity to buy a little more and have it frozen. And, in this case, I had a 1,5 kg Galician salmon cut in half and boneless, ready to bake.
I wanted to give it a different touch, so I prepared a dill and garlic dressing and I've baked it with a crunchy, juicy, delicious crust of mayonnaise and breadcrumbs.
Mayonnaise Crusted Baked Salmon
Very fast baked salmon, juicy and very tasty, that will delight even the little ones. Perfect option when we don't have time.

Ingredients
- 1,5 kg of open and boneless salmon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Preparation
We arrange the salmon on a baking tray with the skin facing down. We add salt and pepper to taste.
In a mixing glass, add the lemon juice, garlic, dill and blend until obtaining a sauce. We are the salmon with this marinade and we let it rest for a few minutes. The ideal is 30 min, but if we don't have time we can cook it directly.
Napamos the salmon with the mayonnaise and on top the breadcrumbs.
With the oven preheated to 190 degrees we bake 10 min and then 2 minutes of grill so that the surface is browned.
We remove from the oven and wait 3 minutes to cut it.

We have replaced the dill with thyme, it also gives it a very good touch.
