Baked stuffed zucchini with a touch of grated cheese

Vitamin C, vitamin B and beta carotenes. These are just some of the zucchini properties, a vegetable that for me is one of my favorites. It has a high water content, diuretic effects and hardly fattening. It can also be prepared in a thousand ways, so today, we are going to cook it roasted, in the oven and with a rich combination of meats and vegetables that the little ones in the house will love.

It is a recipe where equal parts meat and vegetables are combined, a perfect recipe for those who do not like vegetables, because they are totally camouflaged with the tasty touch of minced beef that gives it a spectacular flavor. In this case I have chosen meat, but you can do it with whatever you want: salmon, tuna, cod, hard-boiled egg, bacon, or the meat that you like the most (chicken, turkey, pork, beef, lamb ...), seafood, even just of vegetables.

The plate is perfect, yeah you accompany the zucchini with a rich tomato salad.
