Super simple this recipe banana cheesecake. It is done in a jiffy and it is delicious. Make the bananas ripe, because the too green ones do not add any flavor. If you have bought them very green, roll them in newspaper one day and you will speed up the ripening process. Can we add a little cream to accompany it, white or dark chocolate?

Ingredients

  • 250 CREAMY CHEESE
  • 3 RIPE BANANA
  • 3 BIG EGGS
  • 150 GR SUGAR
  • 150 GR BUTTER OR SOFT MARGARINE
  • 150 GR FLOUR WITH INCORPORATED YEAST
  • 1 GLASS OF WHOLE MILK

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (heat up and down).

  2. Peel the bananas, roughly chop them and put them in the glass of a blender or food processor.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, all inside!

  4. Shred everything until you get a homogeneous mass.

  5. Grease a mold with a little butter. If it is round, the mold will be about 40 or 50 minutes, if it is a plum cake type, about 30 or 35 minutes.

  6. Prick the center with a toothpick and, when it comes out clean, it's ready.

  7. Accompany with a little grated white chocolate, with cream or, if you wish, chocolate syrup.
