Banoffee: a sweet banana and toffee temptation

Banoffee is an Anglo-Saxon dessert easy to do and one of those that you would be eating all day. Does not need baking, only a time of rest in the fridge so that the base cookie and dulce de leche set firm. The ideal is use firm but ripe bananas, because the green banana does not provide great flavor. If you really have a need to make banoffee and the bananas are green, roll them up in newspaper the day before and they are good to go. Regarding the toffee, you can make it homemade (see recipe) or buy a bottle of dulce de leche already made.

How many people is this recipe for?

Maria, it depends on how gosolo you are, but for about 6-8 people. It is forceful, so with a square / triangle for each one, and then repeat :) Thanks for asking.
