Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of sardines
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1/2 minced garlic

Preparation
Clean the sardines by removing the head, the guts and the central spine, leaving the fillets clean, without scales. You can leave the double or individual fillets as you like.
In a plate beat the egg.
Add the flour, milk, parsley, garlic and salt.
Mix well with a fork until smooth.
Pass each sardine fillet through the egg mixture.
Fry in a frying pan with plenty of oil until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the sardine fillets and place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Ready to serve.
