Look what a fun way to take zucchini. It is pierced on a skewer stick and covered with a cream and crusty breadcrumbs.
If you have children I encourage you to prepare them because they will love them. If you look at the ingredients you will see that they do not carry egg so they can be taken even by people allergic to this ingredient.
You will see, they will love to eat vegetables.
Battered zucchini bites

Ingredients
- 3 small zucchini
- 150 g flour
- 15 g cornstarch
- 5 g of baking soda
- 200g cold water
- Bread crumbs
- Sunflower oil for frying
Preparation
Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and water in a bowl. Let this mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
We take advantage of this time to prepare our zucchini pieces. We wash and dry the zucchini well and cut them into about 4 centimeters long.
We stick a skewer stick at the end of each piece of zucchini.
Holding the stick we dip the zucchini piece in the cream that we made at the beginning. With our hands we add a breadcrumb to cover the cream. We do the same with each piece of zucchini.
Fry in a pan with plenty of sunflower oil. And we already have it, ready to serve our most demanding diners.
You can serve it with a fresh salad of assorted lettuces and natural tomato.
