Ingredients

  • 300 gr. of beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 leek
  • 250 ml. liquid cream
  • water
  • butter
  • bread crumbs
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the beans overnight and cook them with the leek and a little salt until they become tender. When they are cooked, we remove the broth and pass them together with the leek through the potato mill or blender.

  2. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the liquid cream and the bean purée and beat again until these ingredients are combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into molds greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and put them on a tray half filled with water to cook them in the oven in a bain-marie at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. Substitute the beans for another legume that the children prefer.
