Broad beans are often very unknown to the little ones in the house, and we do not realize how good they are when they are tender. They cook in a super simple way and give a lot of play. Today we are going to prepare them with ham, a very simple recipe for children and adults.

Beans are often very unknown to the little ones in the house, so with this easy, quick and very tasty recipe, we are going to introduce this ingredient that they will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of frozen beans
  • 2 spring onions
  • 250 gr of ham cubes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. As we have used frozen broad beans, we take them out about 30 minutes before cooking them so that they thaw. Once we have them fresh in a container, we chop the onion very finely and put it in a frying pan together with a drizzle of olive oil. Let it cook and add the whole garlic clove.

  2. Let both ingredients cook and add the broad beans. Cover them and cook them over low heat for 10 minutes. After that time, we add the ham cubes and let the beans soak up all the flavor.

  3. We cook them for another 5 minutes and serve.

  4. We accompany them with a fried egg and some pieces of bread. Delicious !!
