These are one of our burgers favorites. Before I prepared them with onion but lately I substitute this ingredient for mushrooms. Well minced, I mix it with the meat, with beaten egg and a little breadcrumbs.
They are very juicy and with a delicate flavor that children like a lot. In the photo you see her with her hamburger 'bread, a tomato slice and raw mushroom. They can also be served directly on the plate, without the bread, with a rich salad.
Beef burgers with mushrooms
Some different but very rich meat burgers with pork, beef and with pieces of mushroom.

Ingredients
- 550 g minced pork
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 large mushroom
- 2 eggs
- Aromatic herbs
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Bread crumbs
Preparation
We put the meat in a large bowl.
We wash the mushroom and put it on a table because we have to chop it.
We chop the mushroom into small cubes and add it to the minced meat.
We mix.
We add the salt, the aromatic herbs and the pepper. We mix
We beat the two eggs in a small bowl.
Add the eggs and mix well. We can use our hands so that everything is well integrated.
We form the hamburgers, taking portions of the meat of the size that interests us.
Depending on the size of the burgers, the cooking time will have to be longer or shorter. I usually use an iron.
We serve the burgers with their traditional bread, tomato slices and thin slices of raw mushroom. We can also serve them directly on the plates (without hamburger buns) accompanied with a good salad.
Notes
Ideally, cook them on a griddle. We can use greaseproof paper to prevent them from sticking or breaking.
