Ingredients

• 500 grams of pork
• 500 grams of beef
• egg
• an envelope of oxtail soup
• 200 grams of chicken breast in strips
• a glass of dry white wine.

Preparation

1. We knead the veal and pork meat and add the egg and the rest of the ingredients, mix everything very well until we have a consistent dough

2. We wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in a strong oven for half an hour, each side.
