To make a good pasta with ragout We need time. The ingredients are simple: celery, carrot, onion, veal in this case, wine and tomato. Without forgetting the pasta.

Ingredients
- Carrots 3
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- A few sticks of celery
- 450 g of minced beef
- Buy
- 250 g of white wine
- 250 g of tomato paste
- Water (about 900g)
Preparation
We chop the vegetables.
We put them in a large saucepan with a splash of oil.
After a few minutes we add the meat.
When it is sautéed, add the wine and let it evaporate.
Now add the crushed tomato and about 300 g of water. We continue with the cooking
When it has evaporated, add more water (another 300 g) and continue cooking.
Once evaporated we add water again and continue cooking.
To prepare the pasta we put water to cook in another saucepan. When the water starts to boil, we salt it and add the pasta. Once cooked, put it in a large bowl and pour the ragout over it.
And our plate is ready to take to the table.
