Long live the salad! It combines with all kinds of ingredients, it is prepared in the blink of an eye, and above all, it helps us take care of ourselves a little more. For this reason, and as a tribute to Monday, today I want to recommend 5 salads that I usually prepare in my day to day. But you know… If you have a recipe that you want to share with me, you are delighted!
Strawberry Spinach Sprout Salad
One of my favorites. Very simple, we only need a good handful of ripe strawberries, some baby spinach sprouts, a little flake salt, a good olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar ... What else would you add to this salad?
Spinach and arugula salad with avocado
Without a doubt, another of the lightest salads. In this case, I have mixed baby spinach sprouts, arugula, a little coriander, some blueberries, almonds and avocado. All of this, served with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Delicious!
Fruit salad
Imagination to the power! Add the fruits you want to this delicious salad. Remember that it will be much richer, if the fruit is in season. Take advantage of strawberries, apricots, melon, watermelon, red fruits, orange, banana ……
Spinach and apple salad
Another one that I usually prepare at night when I don't know what to do for dinner. Very easy. You only need sprouts of spinach, light white cheese, some walnuts and in a pan put a drizzle of olive oil and roast some strips of pear and apple.
Serve warm and seasoned with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little salt and pepper.
Arugula and feta salad
This salad is sure to make you fall in love. It has arugula, feta cheese, red onion, some pomegranate seeds and all of this is dressed with a mustard and honey sauce. To lick your fingers!
