4 + 3 eggs
500 ml. milk
120 + 90 gr. of sugar
lemon or vanilla scent
90 gr. Of flour
caramel syrup

Preparation

Prepare the flan by beating 4 eggs with 120 gr. of sugar to whiten the cream. Then we add the milk and the aroma and mix. Pour this mixture into a mold covered in caramel syrup.
Prepare the cake dough by beating the remaining three eggs for the 90 gr. of sugar until foamy and whitish. Then we added the flour little by little and sifted with a strainer. When we integrate all the ingredients of the cake, we pour this dough over the custard cream, being careful not to mix them together.
We put boiling water in a container that fits the bizcoflan mold. We'll fill it halfway. We cook the bizcoflan in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Once ready, let the cake cool out of the oven before unmolding it.
Spray the cake with syrup and/or liquor while it is warm so that it does not dry out.

Another option: Garnish the cake with whipped cream. Taste flan and / or sponge cake with chocolate or coffee.
