Black and white cake (chocolate and cheese)

We already tried a snack based on chocolate with mascarpone. We made a cake in which both ingredients were melted. This time we will test them in a refrigerated cake, which does not need an oven, and in which we appreciate the cheese and the chocolate separately thanks to a curious fusion of both creams to achieve a marble look.

honestly, I think it will be very good, but 1 liter of water (2 envelopes of powdered gelatin) seems too liquid to me ... I'll try to make it and say so

Well, yes… the mixture is very liquid…. You cannot make layers like the ones in the photo ... it mixes and the bottom of the removable mold comes out ... I switch to pyrex so as not to waste anything ... I think it is better to 1 packet of powdered gelatin (10 gr), which is only incorporated 1/2 ld water. All the best
