Like most baked cakes, whether they are meat or fish, they have the advantage of being able to leave their filling prepared even a day before. On the other hand, the quality of the doughs that currently exist on the market, allows us to save time by avoiding having to prepare them at home. This beef pie has a special flavor, that of beer, which if it is black and dry (Guinness type) better than better, because of the pairings.

1 kg. quality minced beef
2-3 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
Carrots 2
2 celery
12 mushrooms
fresh rosemary
400 ml. black beer
2 tablespoons of flour
200 gr. shredded Cheddar cheese
500 gr. broken pasta
1 egg
olive oil
butter
pepper
shawl

Preparation

In a wide saucepan, we put a bottom of olive oil and add the onion cut in julienne and sauté it for a few minutes to soften it. Meanwhile, we chop the rest of the vegetables (garlic, carrots, celery and mushrooms).
Separately, brown the minced meat with rosemary and a little salt and pepper in another pan with oil.
After a few minutes, we add the beer, sprinkle the flour, dilute, and add enough water to cover the stew.
Bring to a simmer and allow the meat to cook, become tender and the cooking juices reduce.
Once the meat is dry, we add the vegetables and cheese. Let it cold down.
When the filling is cold, we work the dough into two sheets, one wider than the other, to leave them thin and extended.
Place one of them on a tall mold greased with butter and flour.
We press the dough on the wall and the bottom of the mold and let the edges protrude.
Pour the filling and cover it with the other sheet. We seal the edges of the two sheets well between them.
Paint the surface of the cake with a little beaten egg.
We put the cake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes, placing the tray in a rather low position, until the pasta is cooked, swollen and golden.
