For the brownie:

200 gr. cocoa powder
150 g of sugar
200 gr. Of flour
4 eggs
150 gr. of butter
3 tablespoons of cream
1 sachet of yeast.

For the filling and decoration:

1 l. whipping cream
sugar glass
4 gelatin sheets
cherries
150 gr. of coverage chocolate.
Liquid to make the cake drunk (syrup, cherry liqueur, chocolate milk…)

Preparation

First mix the flour with cocoa and yeast
Now we beat the eggs with the sugar with the rods
Then add the butter, cream and cognac and mix
We only have to knead this cream with the mixture of flour and cocoa
Pour it into a greased and floured round mold and put it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees until the cake rises and is cooked, approximately 1 hour.
When it is cold we cut it into three discs.
To make the filling cream, we assemble the cold cream with the sugar, reserving about 50 ml
to melt the gelatin
To do this, heat the cream and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it, hydrated in cold water and well drained.
