Ingredients

60 gr icing sugar
600 gr of blackberries
A liter of whipping cream
Peppermint leaves for garnish

Preparation

We wash the blackberries and place them in a container. We mash them with the help of a fork (always leaving some to decorate).
We mount the cream (that is very cold) and once it is mounted we add the sugar while continuing to beat.
We add the crushed blackberries and mix very carefully so that the cream does not fall.
We prepare some glasses and we are filling them with the mixture. We leave the semi-cold in the fridge until we drink it. At that time, we decorate with the blackberries that we have reserved.
