Salmon meatballs, fish without bones!

Today we have prepared a very easy recipe that will be eaten in the blink of an eye. Nails meatballs of salmon that you can perfectly prepare with any other type of fish, whichever you like the most.

Ingredients

• 200 gr of clean salmon without skin and without bones
• 200 gr of smoked salmon
• 100 gr of goat cheese
• 3 eggs (2 for the meatballs and 1 for coating)
• Fresh dill
• Lemon zest
• Pepper
• Sal Island
• Flour (XNUMXg)
• Bread crumbs
• Olive oil

Preparation

1. To make it taste much better we have mixed raw salmon and smoked salmon, it will give a special touch to our meatballs. Chop the raw salmon and the normal salmon very minced.

2. It would have been much easier to chop everything if I had the Electrolux assistent with his chopper attachment. Once we have everything chopped, we add the two whole eggs and the goat cheese in very small pieces. Season everything and add the dill and lemon zest. We knead everything well so that all the ingredients are perfectly integrated. Put the dough in a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes.

3. After this time, we form each of the meatballs and pass them through the flour, the beaten egg and the grated bread. We fry them with hot oil so that they are golden and when they are done we put them on an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.

4. We can accompany the meatballs with a rich salad like this strawberry salad with Iberian ham.
