Chicken breaded with kikos or crispy chicken tenders, super crispy!

How to get a crispy breading? The secret is in grinding kikos, the roasted corn of all life. With this we will be able to give the chicken a very very crispy touch. We use breast, but you can still use wings, thighs or combine several cuts of the chicken. We can accompany it with the sauce that we like the most, although I recommend the barbecue.

We can also bake them in the oven (at 200ºC), but we must turn them around so that they brown on all sides.
