Yogurt breakfast with red berries

Today we are going with something very simple but extremely practical. Do you know that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day? So we must make complete breakfasts where we include fruit, dairy, proteins and carbohydrates. But many times we do not have time to stop to make a super breakfast and we end up eating anything quickly or even having a coffee and running off for work.

Today I want to give you an idea: a healthy and complete breakfast that we can prepare in 5 minutes and have it in 10 minutes or even take it with us and, if we don't have time, take it on the way to work. Tub of yogurt with muesli, blueberries, blackberries and honey. A truly delicious combination of flavors and textures. 

Of course, today's will not be the most elaborate recipe of the week, but it will surely be one of the most practical. What do you guys have for breakfast?
