Broccoli croquettes, what do you enrich them with?

Croquettes of everything and for everyone. These are dedicated especially to those children who are reluctant to vegetables. The broccoli is mixed with potato and cheese to form the dough, but a little tuna or anchovies would not hurt at all, for example.

Good afternoon, I have a couple of questions regarding this recipe:
    - The broccoli is mashed the same as the potato (with a fork) or is it left in large pieces ???
    - Do not pass the corqueta for breadcrumbs ??? I always pass the croquettes by grated pair
    - Once the croquettes are made, can they be frozen?
    Thank you very much
