Broccoli Parmesan

Ingredients
- A small broccoli
- 1 large egg
- 70 gr of common flour
- 50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
- A minced garlic
- salt maldom
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- A natural yogurt
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation
Separate the broccoli into small pieces and put the beaten egg, Parmesan cheese and flour on a plate. Put the broccoli in the mixture and make small fritters that are well compact.
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and when it is hot, add each of the broccoli fritters and cook them until they are golden brown on both sides.
It is delicious if you accompany it with a yogurt cream that we will make by mixing the natural yogurt with two tablespoons of lemon juice, a minced garlic clove, and salt.
