Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes

Preparation

  1. The ingredients and preparation is very simple. Start by peeling the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices of about half a centimeter so that they are not too thick. Put abundant oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the sliced ​​potatoes. Let them fry.

  2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare another frying pan with about 2 fingers of oil, and fry the chorizos to which we have made small slits to release the fat. Fry them until golden.

  3. When both the potatoes and the chorizos are ready, put them separately on a plate on absorbent paper to remove all the remaining fat.

  4. And now it's time to fry the eggs. Put a frying pan with about two fingers of oil and when it is hot add the egg.

  5. To place our plate, the base will be the sliced ​​potatoes, on top we will put the fried egg, and finally we will decorate with the chorizo.

Besides being the most curious, it is a dish that is delicious.
