Chicken, arugula and sundried tomato bruschettas

As complete in ingredients as the one we already prepare for aubergines, this bruschetta is a perfect substitute for a first course or it can even be used for a quick dinner. What interests us to make a good brusqueta is to use a consistent crumb bread with a slice of considerable size. Rustic bread or ciabatta are a good option.
