We like Brussels sprouts and today we are going to prepare them in a different way, with apple. Everything will go in the oven so, if you like the cabbages very soft, it is best to cook them once clean for a few minutes and then continue with the recipe.
It can be a good garnish or we can also serve it as a first course.

Brussels sprouts with apple
An original recipe for brussels sprouts, with apple!

Ingredients
- 250g brussels sprouts
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Aromatic herbs
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- 2 squirts of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
We clean the brussels sprouts.
We pour a drizzle of oil at the base of a baking tray.
We cut the brussels sprouts in half and put them in that dish.
We peel the apples and cut them into small squares. We also put them on the tray.
Add the vinegar, aromatic herbs, a little salt, pepper and another drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
We mix everything.
We turn on the oven at 180º. When the oven reaches that temperature we put our source inside. After 25 or 30 minutes it will be ready.
Notes
If you like well done cabbages, we can cook them previously in boiling water, about 20 minutes. Then we will follow the whole recipe, putting the already cooked cabbages on that tray next to the apple and the rest of the ingredients.
