But today I have another very special recipe for you and one of the easiest to prepare. Some special fritters that are filled with a pastry cream that will make you lick your fingers.

This recipe is separated into two very well differentiated parts. On the one hand, we will make the recipe for the pastry cream, which is so simple that we will have it ready in just 5 minutes. And on the other hand we will make the recipe for the dough for the fritters so that later you can fill them with the pastry cream.
