Ingredients

  • 250 gr. Of flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 250 gr. unsalted butter
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of milk

Preparation

  1. We beat the butter with the sugar with the help of preferably electric rods until we get a whipped and whitened cream.

  2. Gradually add the eggs and milk, stir a little and finally add the flour with the yeast mixed in the form of rain. We must get a homogeneous cream.

  3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold or covered with baking paper and cook the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until it is firm and dry inside.

    It is the worst recipe I have seen when adding only that amount of milk instead of approximately 120 ml, the dough inside the cake is not made in the indicated cooking time.
