Delicious cookies to do the whole family with a touch of four spices, a very used combination in American cuisine. Buy molds with shapes for example of animals for a children's snack. They will love to cut them with the pasta cutters and even decorate them with colored glazes sold in all large surfaces. Rendondas are also just as good.

Once you try these spiced butter and honey cookies, you won't want any more. They are very good

Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 125 butter g
  • 25 g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon tip of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg tip
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl we put the butter to the point of ointment, add the honey and mix well

  2. Add the icing sugar and 1 egg, mixing vigorously

  3. Add the flour with the spices and knead

  4. We cover the dough with a clean cloth and refrigerate for a couple of hours or put half an hour in the freezer.

  5. When it has hardened in the cold, sprinkle a smooth surface with a little flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

  6. With a cookie cutter or with the mouth of a glass we cut the cookies; we put the cuts back together and stretch and repeat the procedure

  7. Place the cookies on the baking tray on parchment paper or on a silicone sheet

  8. Paint the cookies with beaten egg and bake them for approximately 12 minutes.

  9. Let cool on a rack.
