You can make these same cookies with chocolate chips or chips if you don't have lacasitos or similar at home.
From here we encourage you to stay at home and take care of yourself, for yourself and for everyone else, courage that this will pass. #I stay at home.
- 90 gr. butter at room temperature
- 60 gr. brown sugar
- 40 gr. white sugar
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 150 gr. Of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 gr of lacasitos or chocolate chips
- lacasitos to decorate
- In a bowl, put the butter at room temperature together with the white and brown sugar.
- With the help of an electric or manual stirrer, stir well until we have a creamy and homogeneous dough.
- Add the egg and stir again until well integrated.
- Mix the flour with the baking soda and salt in a bowl.
- Add the flour mixture little by little to the dough and stir until it is homogeneous. Reserve.
- Place the lacasitos in a bag and with the help of a mallet or a wooden rolling pin, beat them until they break up.
- Add the chopped lacasitos to the dough and mix well.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Once the dough has cooled and hardened, it will be more manageable and we can make dough balls that we will deposit on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. It is important to place them separately because with the heat they flatten and touch each other.
- Place small ornaments on each ball.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180º C for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before handling.
- And you already have the cookies ready to enjoy your breakfast or snack with them.
