250 grams of mushrooms
200 grams of foie gras
three confit duck thighs
an onion
a leek
two cloves of garlic
a package of precooked cannelloni
half a liter of meat broth
200 ml of port wine
two shallots
eight tablespoons of olive oil and salt.

Preparation

Chop and fry the shallots in olive oil
Add the port wine
When the alcohol evaporates, we add the meat broth.
Heat the duck thighs for fifteen seconds in the microwave and reserve three tablespoons of the canned broth and half of the mushrooms
Add the meat, the diced foie and 100 ml of meat juices, let everything cook for about 10 minutes.
Fill the cannelloni, prepared according to the instructions, with the mixture of meat, mushrooms and foie, roll them up and place them on a platter
Sauté the rest of the mushrooms with a little oil and salt, add the rest of the juice and cover the cannelloni with the sauté.
