Ingredients
- 1 kilo of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Some sesame seeds
Preparation
Put the salt, with the sugar in a small saucepan and put the heat to medium-high. Until caramelized. You will see that it begins to turn dark brown, add a little water and do not stop moving. Once the ingredients have been integrated, remove from the heat.
In a container, prepare the sauce. To do this, add the paprika, black pepper, salt and garlic. Heat the honey in the microwave for a few seconds and add it to the rest of the ingredients. If you see that it is very pasty, add a little water and stir everything.
Put the chicken wings on a baking tray, and put the honey sauce on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
After this time, turn the chicken over, and bake for about 20 minutes on the other side. Drain the excess liquid from the tray and paint the chicken wings with the caramel, let them cook for 10 more minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
