Citrus fruits are the protagonists of Autumn, and that is why today we have a very special and different citrus dessert. It is about caramelized oranges that are delicious and that the little ones will love with it citric caramel that they will have on top once we make them.
In addition to making them with oranges, you can use grapefruit or tangerines, in both ways, they are delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 naranjas
- 8 heaping tablespoons sugar
- Torch, failing that, we will use an oven
Preparation
Cut the oranges or grapefruit in half, and put a good, heaping tablespoon of sugar on each of the orange or grapefruit halves.
Once we have it on, we have two options, either if we have a kitchen blowtorch, hold the blowtorch and gently soften the sugar until it has the caramel effect, or if we don't have a blowtorch, put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees with the option of grilling for 5-8 minutes until the sugar caramelizes.
