Chard stalks with ham

Have you tried the chard stalks fried, like the ones in the photo? I encourage you to try them because they are very tasty.

After cleaning them we will put on them a piece of cooked ham. Then they will go battered with flour and egg, and to make them even more attractive, we will sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on top.
