If we already only love bread, how could we not like these cheese rolls. In addition to using them to eat, these breads are used to make delicious sandwiches or canapes. They are ideal to serve at a festive brunch or buffet.

And if we think of children, without a doubt with this cheese bread we can make the best school sandwich.

This cheese bread can be eaten alone for how good it is. Do you dare to cook it?

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. Of flour
  • a pinch of fresh yeast
  • 225 ml. milk
  • 300 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 125 ml. mild olive oil
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. In a large container, mix the flour with the salt and half of the cold milk.

  2. Mix well until the lumps are eliminated and add the rest of the hot milk with the dissolved yeast.

  3. Now we have to incorporate the oil and the whole egg into the dough

  4. Let's mix the dough and finally add the grated Parmesan.

  5. With the dough we form about twenty rolls and place them on a baking tray with non-stick paper

  6. We let them rest for half an hour and then we put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees until the buns are golden to our liking.

    That recipe is bad. A dough will never come out with that amount of liquid. A watery mass remains. Please don't lie in the recipes
