These curds have a different version so you can taste a much more intense flavor of milk. Thanks to its creamy cheese ingredient, it will make this recipe much more pleasant and you cannot miss ingredients as healthy as honey and nuts. It is a simple dessert so that all children can make and drink. They will love it!

Ingredients
- 250 g whipping cream
- 200 g of Philadelphia type cheese
- 250 ml whole milk
- 120 g of sugar
- 2 sachets of curd
- 100 g walnuts
- Caramelo
- Honey
Preparation
- In a large glass we measure the amount of milk we need. We take another smaller glass and fill it with half the milk from the large glass. We add the two envelopes of curd and we stir until its complete dissolution. We set aside.
- In a saucepan that we can bring to medium high heat. We will pour the milk that has been left over with the 250 g of whipping cream. We let it heat up almost to the boiling point.
- We keep adding the 200 g cream cheese and we add the glass where we had the curd packets dissolved. We stir well until its ingredients dissolve.
- Finally we throw the 120 g of sugar and without stopping stirring we let it start to boil and we put it aside.
- We prepare our glasses or jars where we are going to serve it. If the mixture is not too thick, we wait for it to cool down and stay somewhat thick. We fill our glasses halfway and we place some pieces of walnut.
- We put our cheese curd again and we cover it until the entire glass is completed.
- We will put in the refrigerator so that the mixture sets, around 1 or 2 hours. Afterwards we can serve them cold, garnishing with a little caramel, honey and nuts.
