Cheese and apple dumplings

Ingredients
- 8 wafers for dumplings
- 250 g flour
- 70 ml water
- 100 ml oil
- 1 splash of orange blossom water
- For the filling:
- 4 Pippin apples
- Sugar
- Teat cheese
- 1 Egg
Preparation
Peel and cut the apples into pieces. We put them in a pot with a little water and cook them for about 20 minutes.
Next, we crush them or pass through the mill.
Return the apples to a saucepan and put the same volume of sugar as the apple puree on the heat; Let it cook slowly, turning from time to time, until the jam is formed.
Remove to a bowl and refrigerate in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Place a piece of cheese and another piece of apple candy on each disk of dough.
We close, paint the surface with beaten egg to shine and put in the oven at 180º C for 20 minutes. Taste warm or cold.
