Cheesecake and cookies (cookies)

Preparation

1. We prepare the cookie base as follows. We combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until we have an earthy, compact and moist dough. Add the chocolate chips.

2. We place this mass on the walls and the bottom of an oven mold. We bake this dough for 6 minutes at about 160 degrees. Set the pan on a wire rack to cool.

3. To make the filling, we beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.

4. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue beating until all the creamy ingredients are combined. Pour this mixture over the cookie crust.

5. We drop the cookies into the dough and bake the cake for about 30 minutes, or until it is almost completely set, even if the cream is semi-liquid in the center.

6. Transfer the mold to a rack to cool.

7. When the cake cools down, prepare the chocolate coating by melting it in a bain-marie or in the microwave along with a little butter if necessary to soften it.

8. Drizzle the chocolate over the already cold cake to decorate.
